Jewelry Care
How to properly care for your new Flawk jewelry:
- Remove jewelry before showering, swimming or participating in any excessively sweaty activity.
- Avoid sleeping in your jewelry.
- Special Wood care: If your Flawk piece contains wood (either on the interior or exterior of the piece), avoid getting it wet and never submerge in water. While we have put a protective finish (raw linseed oil) on the wood, prolonged exposure to moisture is never a good mix with wood.
With every order we include an anti-tarnish strip in your pouch, which helps prevent tarnish when not wearing. We also include a Sunshine® Polishing Cloth which is safe to use to clean both silver and gold.
Shipping
All orders are 100% insured and shipped via FedEx. Orders to residential addresses will be sent to the FedEx location nearest the shipping address you provide. You will need to bring a photo ID and tracking number (provided by us), to pickup your package. We do this to ensure the safest and most secure delivery.
Returns
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (minus original and return shipping costs) within 7 days of receipt.
Returns must be sent back in new and unworn condition, with all of the original packaging. Damaged items will not be accepted.
Cleaning fees may apply if returned worn. Items returned without original Flawk pouches or jewelry boxes will be charged a restocking fee. In both cases, these fees will be deducted from the refund.

Resizing
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer ring resizing at this time. However, if you’re in the market for a ring in a specific size, please reach out to us and we can see about offering that in our next drop.
